If you need to return merchandise for any reason (for example, the affair gets canceled), permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. We will take back the merchandise up to 1 month after the date that we ship it. The merchandise must be in the
original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only. Round trip freight MUST be at your expense. Sorry, there are no returns on items that are discontinued items, personalized items, candy, or food.
This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on sample orders.
No returns will be accepted or credits given after 30 days from the ship date.
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival, and keep all of the packaging materials that you receive with your products until you are sure that the item(s) is satisfactory to you.

You must email the refund request to support@weddingfavorsforguests.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.
