Store Policies


Accepted Methods of Payment:
We accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover.


Order Processing:

Allow up to three (3) business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays) to process your order from receipt of prepaid order. Please make sure that your Billing address matches your credit card billing address, otherwise your order will not process.

Personalized items will typically be processed within 4-5 days (Monday - Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) from receipt of your prepaid order. 

 

Shipping Information:
All items are shipped UPS Ground Service. We ship only via UPS, to any USA or Canadian address that is serviced by UPS. Shipping and handling fees are added at checkout. Handling fees are not included in free shipping offers. There will be an additional $15 service charge for shipments to Canada or Puerto Rico to cover the cost of extra paperwork involved in these shipments. We do not ship outside of the USA or Canada.
Sorry, but we cannot replace damaged pieces on orders shipped outside of the United States. We can issue credit upon receipt of digital photos documenting the damage. On shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico, please make sure you customer order a sufficient quantity to cover all contingencies.

Items should typically be shipped within 3-5 days of purchase. Personalized items may take longer. (Time frames are all estimates).
The products are usually shipped the day after processing.
Please Note: Although we normally ship your order within 1 to 3 business days, up to 5 to 7 business days for personalized favors and 2 to 4 weeks for International Orders, we strongly suggest you place your order several weeks before your scheduled event. This will ensure that your order will be in your possession and you have had enough time to review your products well before your special occasion date.

Note: we do not ship to PO Boxes. 

 




Damaged Items: 
Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. In the event of damaged items, we will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service.We are not responsible for any air charges necessary to get you the replacements in time for your affair.
All damage or shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS.
Items Damaged that were shipped to Canada or Puerto Rico cannot be replaced.  We can issue credit upon receipt of digital photos documenting the damage. On shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico, please make sure your customer orders a sufficient quantity to cover all contingencies.
You must email the damages refund request to support@weddingfavorsforguests.com (with "DAMAGES" in the subject field).
The limit of our liability is only the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.


Return Merchandise Policy:
If you need to return merchandise for any reason (for example, the affair gets canceled), permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. We will take back the merchandise up to 1 month after the date that we ship it. The merchandise must be in the original condition and packaging, so that we can put it back in stock and re-sell it. We will credit you for the value of the merchandise only. Round trip freight MUST be at your expense. Sorry, there are no returns on items that are discontinued items, personalized items, candy, or food. 

This policy applies only to complete orders. We do not accept returns on sample orders. 

No returns will be accepted or credits given after 30 days from the ship date.

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival, and keep all of the packaging materials that you receive with your products until you are sure that the item(s) is satisfactory to you. 

Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department.  You must email the refund request to support@weddingfavorsforguests.com (with "RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must have a RA# issued before returned.

Once a return is authorized by our return department you should:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Write the Return Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
  3. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.
The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.

Sample Orders:
The minimum sample order is $30 and/or at least 10 samples. Samples will be charged at the minimum order quantity price (the highest price).

We are not always able to accept sample orders during the peak wedding season of March through August. Check with us to see if we can fill your order during that time period. Email the request to support@weddingfavorsforguests.com (with "SAMPLES" in the subject field).
